Welcome to Ficci Flo Marketplace. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Ficci Flo Marketplace E-Commerce & Export Gateway.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this portal, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Ficci Flo Marketplace if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Buyer Conduct & Registration
Wholesale buyers registering on Ficci Flo Marketplace must provide authentic commercial identity information. You are responsible for ensuring that all requests for quotations (RFQs) represent authentic commercial interest. Abuse of the RFQ pipeline will lead to immediate account suspension.
3. Vendor Obligations
All vendors listing items under textiles, spices, or handicrafts are strictly bound by trade laws. Organic claims, weaving specifications, and handicraft materials must represent authentic product logs. Vendors must maintain appropriate trade licenses.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ficci Flo Marketplace is a platform hosting verified listings. We do not take direct custody of transit packages, nor do we act as direct cargo insurers unless a specialized cargo clearance package is purchased in writing.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of contracts processed through the Ficci Flo Marketplace dashboard will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian commercial arbitration laws.
