Under standard compliance regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and regional personal data protection acts), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal details, trade history data, and contact credentials stored on our system.
2. Data Retention & Legal Bounds
Please note that certain transaction logs, invoice records, tax documents (such as GSTR/GSTIN listings), and communication threads related to past trade enquiries must be retained for statutory and accounting compliance under Indian financial regulations, even after user account removal.
3. Submit Deletion Request
Enter your account credentials to submit an automated profile and information removal request. Our privacy compliance officers will process the query within 30 days.
